Soft, muted blush tones of pink are perfect for living and dining room walls. Balance the bold beauty of magenta paint with cream trim for classic glamour. Pink pairs beautifully with white, neutral, or grey colors. If you are looking for vivid contrast, opt for black or deep brown to pair with pink.

Testimonials
We recently worked with Roxanne & Claxton as our realtors. Their attitude and command of sales analysis of the current market provides an accurate picture of the real value of homes and in our case higher than expected. Their approach to selling a home is to consider the needs and feelings of the seller as important. They then analyze what profile best fits the house and reaches out through her extensive provincial and international network to potential buyers.
Roxanne & Claxton realize that each home is specific and has a specific market to cater to. Consequently they construct a sales approach, offering to hire a company that will present your home decor in the best possible light. They also hire a videographer to create a moving tour and lastly still photographers to show your home in the best possible light. All at their expense as part of her package.
From experience we know that no other realtor does this with the care for quality that Roxanne and Claxton insist on. Having brought such a high level of professionalism to the sale of our home. They also brought warmth, humour and caring. They does not just sell homes as a job, they sells homes as a passion. We cannot recommend them enough.
Roxanne also spent many hours driving us all over southwest Ontario to help us find our next perfect home. All with the same care to detail as in the selling.. For Roxanne & Claxton it is all part of the same package.
There quite simply no one else to consider as your realtor.

Selling a historically significant home takes a dedicated professional who must have the talent, skill set and persistence that is necessary, to find just the right buyer, for this type of unique property.
Roxanne Henderson is just such a broker. She began with patient listening and learning about the history and features of our designated home, while gently suggesting some staging, improvements and updating to the inner workings of the house. This resulted in us getting a good deal of interest in our property, immediately.
Her amazing ‘feature sheet’ brochure, website, social media exposure and video, virtual-tour, captured our love of our 170 year old Georgian manse. She also portrayed the beauty of our acre of naturalized gardens, while emphasizing the importance of the carolinian and indigenous trees contained in our arboretum.
In a slowing market, we had interest in our home and subsequently several offers, starting on day one! When it sold for exactly what we discussed it was worth, we were very, very pleased.
Because of the home’s great age, unique features and location in a small village, it was not your typical offering. Roxanne Henderson did her research and attracted clients that were educated and motivated historic home buyers.
With Roxanne’s dedication and enthusiastic approach, our experience culminated in a pleasurable and satisfying conclusion, a timely sale! She guided us through some anxious moments with confidence.
Thank you Roxanne!

Roxanne & Claxton were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process of selling our home they demonstrated experience and professionalism.
They went above and beyond using their resources to prepare my home for listing. We were incredibly impressed by the way they captured our home and promoted it with stunning photography, videos, brochures, and more. The first day on market they had our featured in online advertisements plus local and Toronto newspapers.
Their creative marketing efforts resulted in many showings and our home sold for over asking price in the first week! Roxanne and Claxton were able to guide us through what is usually an anxious process with confidence and peace of mind - and for that we are very thankful and would certainly recommend them for anybody’s real estate needs.

The decision to sell one’s home after 33 happy years is both exciting and stressful. I would like to sincerely thank you for your compassion and sensitivity in helping me both sell my house and buy a new home for the next phase in my life. You have always been friendly, calm, professional and helpful. I appreciate also that you made yourself available to quickly resolve issues and answer questions as they come up.
