The 2nd Quarter Edition (April-June) of our Stratford Real Estate Market Report will examine:

Summary

During the 2nd Quarter, housing prices have increased consistently over the three month period with the exception of semi-detached homes. Detached home prices have increased by 14.1% from the 1st Quarter, a positive trend we forecast to continue. The total volume of sales is steady from this time last year, with 146 sales compared to a total of 143 in 2022.

Average Sale Prices (Q2 2023):

  • Detached Home: $756,601
  • Semi-Detached Home: $578,055
  • Townhouse: $607,559
  • Condominium: $493,870

  • Townhouses are being sold within an average period of 4-5 weeks, which is notably longer than the 1-week average selling time observed during the same period last year.
  • Condos currently require an average of 4-5 weeks to sell, representing a notable difference from the average selling time of 2 weeks observed during this period last year.
