Matt had a successful career in the retail industry, earning numerous awards for his outstanding sales performance. Matt’s approach to serving his customers was not to “sell” them a product, instead he spent time to find out what their needs were and made professional suggestions, hence, making it easy for the customer to “buy”. The customer’s trust was earned through Matt’s soft, sincere, and methodical approach to understanding their needs and requirements.
After finding success in the sales sector, Matt decided to pursue a greater challenge and pursued his education in the real estate industry and earned his real estate licence to trade in the Province of Ontario. In 2021, Matt joined Roxanne Finn’s team with Chestnut Park Real Estate and serves our first-time home buyers in the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area.
Matt understands that the process of finding the perfect home can be overwhelming at times. Relying on his deliberative fact-finding approach to determine a client’s needs, he helps guide his clients through the “maze” and builds their confidence and empowers them to make informed choices. He also guides them to make good decisions that are best for them and keeps them “grounded” in this fast-paced market.
