His ability to design customized social media campaigns using online channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter is effective and produces measurable results for his clients.

Matt had a successful career in the retail industry, earning numerous awards for his outstanding sales performance. Matt’s approach to serving his customers was not to “sell” them a product, instead he spent time to find out what their needs were and made professional suggestions, hence, making it easy for the customer to “buy”. The customer’s trust was earned through Matt’s soft, sincere, and methodical approach to understanding their needs and requirements.
After finding success in the sales sector, Matt decided to pursue a greater challenge and pursued his education in the real estate industry and earned his real estate licence to trade in the Province of Ontario. In 2021, Matt joined Roxanne Finn’s team with Chestnut Park Real Estate and serves our first-time home buyers in the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area. Matt works closely with Claxton Finn, a senior member of our group. They both have gained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience serving the condominium market.
Matt understands that the process of finding the perfect home can be overwhelming at times. Relying on his deliberative fact-finding approach to determine a client’s needs, he helps guide his clients through the “maze” and builds their confidence and empowers them to make informed choices. He also guides them to make good decisions that are best for them and keeps them “grounded” in this fast-paced market.
Matt is supported by a great team of experienced Realtors and Client Care experts. Thanks to our business acumen, over 85% of our business has continually grown from our repeat and referral business. He is a wonderful addition to our group.
At a young age, Samantha was intrigued with colour and shapes. She would spend hours drawing and experimenting with colour and blending to create her own interpretation of reds and greens and everything in between.
Samantha was fortunate to identity what she wanted to pursue in school at an early age. She pursed a career in design and obtained her degree in Interior Design from Georgian College in 2016. After graduating she immediately secured the role of workspace designer with Inscape Corporation, a publicly traded innovative office furniture manufacturer and design solution firm. Samantha was promoted to the Mock-Up Design Manager and Workspace Strategy Co-ordinator and held this position for three years. This position included residential and corporate design, and exposure to fundamentals in construction and redesign.
In 2020, Samantha was invited to join Roxanne Finn’s real estate practice with Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited to serve a dual role. Roxanne’s growing team required an experienced Client Care Manager and a professional with a degree in interior design to assist our clients with home-staging and design suggestions for their new home.
Samantha prides herself on her commitment to provide clients with the highest level of service at all stages of the real estate transaction and long after the sale is complete. As our in-house designer, she also works with our seller clients to prepare their home for the market. Samantha invests considerable time to professionally “stage” and showcase the property to attract the most suitable buyers and to assist our sales team to sell the property for top dollar. Her natural curiosity and passion for design keeps her up to date with the latest trends and design concepts.
