Waterfront values in the Georgina area are approx. 43.7% higher than the eastern/north shore based on the year-to-date data published by the Toronto Real Estate Board since January 1, 2017.  This is a higher than average price differential which traditionally averages between 10% to 20% higher.



This analysis only includes waterfront properties sold above $1M.  There was one exception in Beaverton.  A large 6-acre estate with 570 ft. of waterfront that sold for $4.9M was not included, as it would have distorted the data analysis.
